Man arrested after seven vehicles hit with rocks on Seattle’s I-90 freeway

Authorities arrested the man, a 31-year-old from Seattle, for allegedly throwing rocks and debris at seven vehicles going west on Interstate 90 near Rainier Avenue around 4 p.m. None of the drivers were injured, though vehicles were damaged.
